Wild West prides in providing coastal rockfish at Tuna Harbor Dockside Market and other local seafood venues around San Diego. These bottom fish are caught hook-and-line at 300-feet depths in federal waters off the San Diego coast. Rockfish are white and firm-yet-flaky, and the distinctly pleasant, mild taste ensures its culinary versatility--from baking to steaming to grilling, you can pair this fish with all kinds of flavors and sides!
